The Respect, Diversity, and Inclusion (RDI) department helps BCIT foster a respectful and inclusive working and learning environment by creating awareness and belonging through education, events, and training.\u00a0 The RDI team provides assistance to individuals with concerns of bullying, harassment, and discrimination and strives to help people resolve conflicts informally. We can also accept formal complaints under the Harassment and Discrimination Policy<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>We can provide education, preventative advice and guidance on issues related to equity, diversity, accessibility, <\/span><\/span><\/span>inclusion<\/span><\/span><\/span> and respectful environments.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
