No need to be discouraged if you lack a prerequisite or require further academic preparation. BCIT offers three programs that can help you pursue your dream career.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technology Entry (TE)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Technology Entry program is designed to assist students in preparing for one of the many BCIT technology programs. This 15-week, full-time program is appropriate for individuals who need to improve their skills in core areas such as communication, mathematics, chemistry and physics in order to meet program prerequisites. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcit.ca\/programs\/technology-entry-te-full-time-0020nobcit\/\">Learn more about this program<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Trades Discovery General<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Trades Discovery General program is designed to prepare men and women to successfully enter and complete trades\/technical training or seek apprenticeship. This 16-week, full-time program enables students to gain hands-on experience in approximately 20 different trades. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcit.ca\/programs\/trades-discovery-general-associate-certificate-full-time-1180acert\/\">Learn more about this program<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Trades Discovery for Women<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Trades Discovery for Women program is designed to prepare women to successfully enter and complete trades\/technical training or seek apprenticeship.
